- Shipping & Delivery
- Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. You will be sent a shipping confirmation via e-mail with a tracking number when your item ships. Most orders are received in about 5 business days, however please allow up 14 days to receive your order. For more information on our shipping policy and time frames please see our shipping page.

Everything listed on our site is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your return should you wish to return them.
If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you.
To return an item please email sales@geekgonechic.com and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Or call us at (800) 457-3914. We will give you an RMA number and a return address.
- Ordering
- Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal. Checkout can be done via guest or your own customer account. Immediately after placing an order you should receive a confirmation email from us with your order number and information. If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation please give us a call or send us an email so we can check the status. On occasion the emails can arrive in spam or junk mailboxes. Please be sure to check to see if it arrived there. If you have any additional problems ordering a product please email or call us and we will be happy to assist you with the ordering process.
- Insuring My Laptop Will Fit

If you don’t already know the screen size, measure it diagonally. The most popular sizes are 15”, 15½” or 17”. Of course our cases also accommodate smaller notebooks and tablet PCs with our MiniMessenger case.
If you are unsure whether your laptop will fit in the bag you've chosen, we are here to help. Simply email us the make, model and screen size of your laptop and we will email you back within 24 hours to let you know whether your laptop will fit the bag you selected. And if it doesn't, we'll suggest one that will.
- International Shipping
- For international orders please contact us for rates as additional taxes and duties may apply. For PO, APO, and FPO boxes please contact us so that we can make special shipping arrangements. Sales@GeekGoneChic.

- Sales tax only applies to orders shipped to California.
